01 / A BIGGER PICTURE
Real describes its agent proposition through commission income, revenue-sharing opportunities, and participation in company equity programs. Each has distinct conditions, costs and risks; the paths are not automatic payments for joining a team.

The standard U.S. Real model generally allocates 85% of eligible commission to the agent and 15% to the brokerage before the annual company cap. Company and post-cap fees still apply. Your actual agreement—including any team arrangement—determines your terms.
Real's company cap stops the ongoing 15% split once met, but transaction and brokerage fees remain. Separate team splits and other deductions are not shown.
04 / EQUITY & COMPANY OWNERSHIP
Real offers voluntary stock participation and conditional corporate awards. The company trades as REAX; market value can fall, and stock awards are subject to vesting and program terms. They are not guaranteed ownership grants from joining The House Hunters Group.
Participating agents may allocate an eligible portion of net commissions to Real's Stock Purchase Plan. Published bonus-share rates are 10% before cap and 15% after cap. Contributions, bonus awards, holding restrictions and eligibility are governed by Real.
